Spread the love

I decided to write this confession in the hope of hearing not so much words of sympathy and support, as sound advice. I am 28 years old and have never been married. I am quite pretty (I am not the only one who thinks so), without bad habits and complexes, and I can do some housework. All my friends, former classmates and classmates have been married for a long time, someone has even divorced, but I look like a black sheep. And I’m tired of catching sympathetic looks at me when it comes to marriage and relationships with husbands.

The only men I wanted to marry were those with whom I had no desire to bind myself with the bonds of marriage. Those with whom I wanted to spend the rest of my days, give birth, and raise a child did not even mention marriage. It turns out that I shouldn’t get married at all. Since there is no suitable man for the family. I don’t want to live with just anyone in the hope that you will get along with each other. And if it doesn’t work out?

There are women who have found their mates and are happily married. I wonder if it was their luck or if it all depends on the woman’s intelligence, who was able to discern in a man a good father and husband, etc. Should one wait for “her” man or impose herself on him, “advertise” herself with cooking skills, care and affection? I don’t know how to “cast a net”, I find it humiliating and risky to get pregnant on purpose, but I can no longer live alone, waiting for a woman’s happiness.

What does a woman’s chance of marrying well depend on? And what should I do?
