Spread the love

In a good way, I should apologize to my mother, but I don’t dare to do that, so I’m confessing here. I can hardly tell it to her face. But maybe she will read it and see that I am really ashamed.

My mother worked as a secretary at a cool firm. And one time, two years ago, when I was still in high school, I came to work for her. I wanted to ask her for money for the club. My buddy was having a birthday party and we were going to party all night at the club. I was in a hurry, I wanted to pick up a girl I knew.

My mother was very busy, processing some important document, and she also had a lot of work to do. She finished the document and asked me to take it to the chief on the fourth floor of the office. I took the contract, went upstairs, and the chief wasn’t there. The office was closed. Well, why not go back to my mother and not tell her as it is? No, I think the document is important and she will still ask me to wait for Vladimir Mikhailovich. I got mad at myself for wasting my time, went to the nearest trash garbage can, and threw away the document. Then I went back to my mother, told her that I had done everything, took the money and left for the club. I was just a young fool, that’s all.

As a result, they had some kind of deal gone wrong and my mom was just fired, because they decided that she hadn’t prepared the necessary papers in time. And I stood my ground that I gave the documents, and it was just the boss picking on her. In fact, I realized that it is impossible to fix anything and just chickened out.

My mother was unemployed for six months, barely got a job, and then she got a much worse one. Now I work as a driver myself. I already understand what responsibility is, and how it can end. So many times in these two years I wanted to ask for forgiveness, but somehow the language is not turned around. I am afraid. If you read this, please forgive me, Mom.
